Knowledge of Arabic will be an advantage.

What will you do?

With planes departing and arriving at all hours of the day and night, you will be working on very tight deadlines and meeting your deadlines, teamwork is a must. When you are on loading tasks, you will ensure that our customer’s bags are handled safely and securely and arrive on time at the customer’s destination.
You will need to be able to troubleshoot, work on tight deadlines. The work itself involves a lot of heavy lifting and a lot of bending, so be fit and ready to work in a stationary physical environment. Day after day you will face a variety of scenarios and you will need to be flexible, proactive and very safety conscious.

- The minimum restrictive driving license in New Zealand
- The ability to pass security and medical examinations.
- The ability to work in shifts is included in the list (this is a part-time role)
- Previous physical work experience
- You must be eligible to work in New Zealand and currently live in New Zealand in order to be able to attend an interview if you are selected
Part-time workers work at least 25 hours per job up to 35 hours a week. You may be included in the list between Monday to Sunday, including public holidays. You must be extremely flexible and ready to work in no time as the airport is a 24/7 operation. You will receive penalty rates for weekends and public holidays, as well as an hourly wage.
