Area Manager Required at QSR food group – Spain

Location : Spain

Salary : Up to €50,000 + Benefits

Our customer is looking for the best area managers of the branded food group so that they can help in increasing the quality of their services and maintaining their quality on their site in Spain.

Candidates should have at least basic Spanish !!

People:

1. You will be an experienced multi-site manager who is a deep people manager who can drive for the result and achieve the goal!
2. Contribute to the selection, placement, induction and training of managers.
3. To communicate effectively with franchisees, airport customers and management teams
4. Focusing on the agreed goals, conduct monthly general manager meetings and ensure that necessary information is provided on time.

Operational#:

1. To comply with the requirements of legislative and corporate and to monitor customer service and level of food quality, both announcements and unannounced regular visits.

Financial#:

1. To contribute to the development and agreement of restaurant budget and forecast
2. To monitor the revenue and costs of sites and units against budget and forecasts on a weekly basis and to direct the remedial action if necessary
3. To monitor, and to ensure the accuracy of financial problems and to address any problem, contact the Accounting Department.
4. To give expected profit and margins from the budget or forecast of the region

Quality#:

1. To conduct regular health and safety audits in all stores and to take prompt and effective remedial action to ensure that the restaurants are working well above brand and company minimum requirements.
2. To ensure that each restaurant receives a training audit quarterly and to contact the training department to meet the brand and company’s laid down requirements
3. To ensure that the restaurant acceptable standard is maintained
