• Keeps track of PMC performance
• Responsible for senior management manager for day-to-day management

• Management of day-to-day issues with third party, stakeholders, government

• Manages the risks and issues
• Implement Qatar Rail Processes and Processes
• Receive project goals and coordination with team members
• Project milestones and deliverable tracks
• Ensures that the interest of Qatar Rail is always safe
• Ensures that all construction activities are done with highest safety and
Quality with Best Industry Practice
• Management and Monitoring of Qatar Rail Advisor / PMC on a daily basis
• Has good relations with stakeholders
• Daily communication with PMC, D @ B contractors and external stakeholders
• Prepares reports for senior construction managers
• Review the PMC time sheet
• All matters related to finance to Senior Construction Manager
Collaborate effectively with other Qatar rail departments and colleagues
• Holds good relationships with stakeholders, D & B contractors, third parties, government departments and officers.
B.Sc. Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years experience in railway supervision / contract management
Projects typically include heavy / industrial civil and / or structures, but not in
Utilities, Infrastructure, Structural, MEP, Finish, Cladding, limited to the work of the roof.
Previous Middle East Experience
• Familiar with various local and international standards and specifications,
Demonstrating broad experience in a similar role on a comparative international
Transit system / industrial work / plant, proven track record and proof
Demonstrate the ability to work in a well organized and systematic way
