Assist IOC performance & systems specialists in managing specifications, development, delivery and systems integration (new release or upgrade) in order to respond to IOC business and operational automation/information/tools requirements.
Help OK performance and specialized systems to analyze OTP air traffic data, investigate the root cause of delay and publish the Daily OTP report.
