Quality Control Inspector Jobs
Job Requisition Number 57869 – Posted 20/03/2019 – Saudi Arabia – Al-Khobar – Operations Support
Overall Purpose of the Job:
Plan and coordinate quality control activities in the department, product line or location.
Key Activities and Accountabilities:
1) Arrange, perform, report and feedback results of the audits which, are required to be performed strictly in accordance with the annual Internal Quality Audit Programme for the area of responsibility.
2)Arrange, perform, report and feedback results of the audits which, are required to be performed strictly in accordance with the Supplier Annual Quality Audit Programme for the area of responsibility.
3)Raise and receive Corrective and Preventative Action Requests and ensure that they are efficiently and accurately logged and maintained within the database and proactively monitored and progressed until verifying effective closeout. Follow up a correspondence for Supplier and Customer Corrective and Preventative Action is covered within this principle responsibility.
4)Support Operations and Operations Support Department’s by proactive liaising with and through the provision of; advise, timely collation and forwarding of information, accurate preparation/ processing of document, reports, and maintenance of database(s) all associated with the Quality Management System. This accountability also covers creating awareness and promotion of the Quality Management System as deemed necessary.
Quality Control Jobs Key Activities and Accountabilities
5)For the accurate and timely maintenance, update and improvement of the Quality Management System and master QMS Documents.
6)Perform Quality Control activities that include the review of documentation against purchase order requirements and physical checks and inspections of Equipment and Parts. The raising of reports and liaison with the necessary Suppliers and Internal Customers.
7)Any other duties as determined by the line manager to ensure the efficient and effective maintenance of the Quality Management System or Quality Department.
8)Actively adhere to the Code of Conduct and Anti-Bribery policies, procedures, and processes to ensure the highest ethical standards are maintained and exposure to liability or risk to Expro’s reputation is minimised. If necessary, report possible violations or conflicts of interest.
9)Actively adhere to and ensure compliance with applicable Quality policies, procedures, processes and systems. Take an active part in quality improvement processes. Identify and report any deficiencies to the supervisor and obtain authorisation for any deviations from standard procedures.
10)Actively comply with all applicable Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies, procedures, and processes. Promote HSE awareness; take responsibility and be accountable for own safety and safety of others. Demonstrate the personal application of HSE procedures in daily performance and always follow the 10 Safety House Rules.
11)Ensure objectives set under the Employee Development Plan are met.
Quality Control Jobs Qualifications
Qualified and Experience Lead Assessor (Quality).
Trained and Experienced Internal Quality Auditor.
6+ years of previous experience with Quality Management Systems.
Preference will be given to Saudi Arabia National Applicants.
