Important responsibilities For Receptionist Jobs
- Answer all incoming calls, and answer the caller’s inquiry in a positive, commercial way;
- Take a short message when it is clear to redirect the call properly;
- To greet, assist and direct all visitors;
- To find and sort internal mail;
- To print, distribute and maintain mail machines for external mail;
- To arrange package preparation and courier;
- Arranging meeting room schedules and bookings;
- To update the phone and distribution lists;
- for maintaining a clean, secure, fully stored and streamlined reception area;
- For assistance with small projects required by other administrative assistance (i.e. label, wholesale mailing etc.);
- To fulfill the assigned duties;
- To promote and promote the values and philosophy of the organization related to the ethics, ethics and integrity set out in the Riviera Code of Conduct.
Average reciprocal, verbal and written communication skills;
- The previous experience in the reception is considered to be a property;
- Must show professional and polished telephone ways;
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines;
- Highly organized and expanded;
- Expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail)
- Present (within 6 months) Weak position / field screening (VPS).
