AOC is responsible for the maintenance, operation, development and conservation of 553 acres of total 174 million square feet of buildings in Capitol Hill. AOC U.S Through the Capital Visitor Center and US Botanical Gardens provides a welcome and educational environment for millions of visitors. AOC offers professional expertise on conservation of architectural and artistic elements assigned to its care.
